A Sing a Ma Jig is a very popular toy in the US. In fact it’s the toy of the year. Now they are being launched in France with the help of Ogilvy.
Our idea was simple. Create amateur like videos to show how fun and crazy these singing bears really are and spread them on YouTube and Facebook. There are a lot of silly videos out there with this toy, and with a lot of views. We wan’t to do better and funnier videos with a call to action creating awareness and an increase in sales.
I was involved in overall idea, ideas for individual movies, filming/directing, some edeting, graphics for youtube and facebook. It was a challenge and we recorded 12 movies in 8 days.
With over 40 000 views the client was happy and Ogilvy now have a new brief as a result.
